About Us
CW Executive Search opened its doors in September 2019 with the objective of providing a best in class service within the industry. Established by Joe Clarkson (Managing Director) with support from Company Director Peter Wilkinson, CW is a family run business situated in Northallerton North Yorkshire with Global reach.
CW believe in providing a full transparent service to candidates and clients alike and collectively hold in excess of 50 years in business doing just that. The business has grown from strength to strength over the past 5 years. In 2022 Charlotte Wilkinson (Company Director) joined the company further establishing the family link.
Our Executive Search Team specialise in building a deep understanding of client businesses and requirements together with engaging with candidates who will add significant value to the bottom line of our clients’ businesses. We are all business professionals from a variety of backgrounds possessing a complementary set of skills which blends to deliver a unique and highly effective bespoke executive search offering.
Cameron Kinder
Research Manager
Cameron joined CW in 2020, returning full-time in 2021, and quickly became a key member of the Research Team, managing everything from talent sourcing to CRM and IT support. Promoted to Resource Manager in September 2023, he now oversees the Resource department, ensuring the team is fully supported and deadlines are met.
Before CW, Cameron worked in Structural Engineering, assessing site safety and developing a keen eye for detail. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, with a memorable road trip to Iceland in 2024, and is a passionate Middlesbrough FC fan, holding a season ticket for many years.
Joe Clarkson
Managing Director
Joe established CW Executive Search in 2019 and is the Managing Director, specializing in bespoke executive search across various sectors, including Environmental Services, Waste Management, Security, Construction, and Engineering.
After earning a degree in Sports Coaching from Leeds Metropolitan University and gaining experience in sales and recruitment, he combined his passion for business and leadership to create CW Executive Search, building a strong team and securing global clients.
Outside of work, Joe enjoys traveling with his wife Jessica, exploring different cultures, and staying active through sports like cricket, golf, football, and badminton, while also spending time with their Cavapoo, Phoebe, on countryside walks.
